Returning faulty or incorrect items
You Comfort accepts the return of any faulty or incorrect items received by us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please take care in describing your issue. If your reason for return or description of the problem is not accurate, your item may not be replaced or refunded.
Returns of unwanted items
We will accept the return of unwanted and unused items within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be in their original packaging and unopened. Any returns of items deemed to have been opened or used will be rejected and no refund will be offered.
Cancellations
Once an order has been marked as dispatched, it may no longer be cancelled. It may be possible to cancel an order before it is marked as dispatched, but please contact You Comfort immediately in such cases to confirm that your order remains eligible for cancellation.
Initiating a return
Please contact You Comfort by email if you wish to initiate the return of an item. Give us your order number and state whether you require a return, a refund or a replacement. Then describe the issue that is prompting your request. Note that all refunds are paid into the same account that was used for the original payment.
